The ‘Design’ Hotel Les Franc Garçons has opened it’s doors in St Sauvant in the Charente Maritime. We wish Hervé Audinet (a confrère of the ordre d’architectes) all the best, with what has been a labour of love for him for several years. 09.10.2006 ‘Montravail’ and other news
At 17260 Montravail (for details see: housing/ commercial - Montravail) work is practically complete on 2 of 5 gîtes. In the foreground of the image (left) the completed pool area is visible with gîtes no.’s 1 and 2 in the background.
In other news the office has been retained by the SEMIS (Société d'économie mixte immobilière de la Saintonge.) to provide architectural services for a social housing project at Archingeay in the Charente-Maritime. The SEMIS have been responsible for award winning residential work in the past (http://www.europaneurope.com/pages/realisation/construire_ville_projet_sainte.php) We are looking forward to working with them.
14.08.2006 House at Archingeay (17)
At Archingeay in the Charente-Maritime the latest project to break ground is a split-level private house of approximately 250m2. Completion is due for March 2007. We will be illustrating the project under our ‘housing’ heading in the coming weeks.
